Medical
Medically Managed Opioid Treatment: The Medical Team utilize Suboxone as a medication for the treatment of addiction to opiate drugs and street opiates including heroin.
Medication Management: Our agency provides management and monitoring of medications to our consumers to ascertain compliance with the medication regimen, while also ensuring the consumers are avoiding potentially dangerous drug interactions and other complications.
TeleMed and TeleTherapy: Akachi Solution offers virtual medical appointments and counseling sessions via ZOOM, FaceTime, telephonic, and other HIPPA compliant telehealth software.

Substance Use Services: Individuals with SUD, Substance Use Disorders are provided services including; individual therapy, group counseling and medication management. Our medical physicians provide evaluation and MAT (medication assisted treatment) for those who qualify.
Mental Health
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR): This is a variety of services offered in a warm therapeutic environment and it aims to assist the person with mental illness to regain skills and maximize functioning in the community.
Outpatient Treatment Services to Include: Substance Use Disorders Mental Health Evaluations, Diagnostic Assessments and treatments with Individual, Group and Family Therapies for Mental Health and Substance Abuse
Community Support Team: This service is designed for members living in the community who have complex needs related to mental health and/or substance use disorders.
These individuals may have been in the hospital, used emergency services, and had difficulty in the community or legal issues due to their symptoms.
A team of professionals led by a licensed clinician will be available and will meet regularly with you as you work to reach your recovery goals. These team members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. They are available to meet with you in your home, school, library, the courts, homeless shelter or other settings.
Child and Adolescent
Child and Adolescent Day Treatment: It is a structured treatment service in a licensed facility for children or adolescents and their families who are unable to benefit from participation in academic or vocational services at a developmentally appropriate level in a traditional school setting. This service is available 5-hours daily for 5 days a week. The service is designed to reduce symptoms and improve level of social, emotional, or behavioral functioning.
Intensive In-Home Service: This is a time-limited intensive family preservation intervention that provides person-centered, family focused, comprehensive, and coordinated support to stabilize the living arrangement, promote reunification or prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources (i.e., psychiatric hospitalization, therapeutic foster care, residential treatment for the identified youth 5 through the age of 20.
